The DEFENDER Bollard was previously manufactured by ATG Access, Inc. and is now owned by Ameristar. It is the exact same product listed on the DoD under ATG Access. Ameristar's Defender anti-ram retractable security bollards combine an open, aesthetic appearance with the highest level of perimeter control. The Defender is excellent for sites where the pathway access changes often. When retracted, the Defender security bollards are flush with the roadway and provide free movement of pedestrians and vehicle traffic. Utilizing the highest cycle duties available, the Defender automatic hydraulic rising bollards are an economical and effective way of securing any access point.

The Defender security bollard barrier by Ameristar is manufactured from the highest quality materials by skilled craftsmen to meet the highest standards of workmanship in the industry. Ameristar warrants its Defender security bollard barrier against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of substantial completion, or 1.5 years from the date of shipment provided, however, in no event shall this warranty extend beyond eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment by Ameristar Security Products.
