Designed to provide robust and reliable hostile vehicle mitigation and security for a wide range of public realm environments, stadia, events, festivals, protests and VIP visits, ATG Surface Guard is an innovative and versatile temporary HVM solution. A Counter Terror Awards winner, the ATG Surface Guard HVM security system offers excellent protection from danger without looking menacing or unwelcoming. It allows pedestrians, cyclists, prams and mounted police to move freely between the HVM barriers, while keeping vehicles out. Tested to the IWA 14 standard, the ATG Surface Guard temporary HVM barrier has been proven to stop a 5,500 lb vehicle – the equivalent of a large MPV or light commercial vehicle – traveling at a speed of 30 mph and 15,870 lb vehicle @ 20 mph.

ATG Access Ltd warrants installed equipment for 12 months from the signed handover date, unless otherwise stated, or date of dispatch in cases of equipment supply only (ex-works incoterms). In the event of failure or incident the Warranty covers the cost of parts and labour for onsite repair or following Return to Base of ex-works supplied equipment. The Warranty is subject to the equipment having been correctly installed, operated under normal conditions, and maintained correctly at the recommended intervals with records kept. It does not cover Force Majeure - incorrect use, vehicle strikes, loop failure, damage, vandalism, floods, acts of nature, terrorism, unauthorized modification, and any third party access control equipment.
