The PDT8080L takes the trusted PDT8080F and adds an additional level of safety and aesthetic variation by housing a light (LED) assembly beneath a decorative cover. The PDT8080F housed within the decorative light and cover is strictly manufactured from carbon steel and finished with a zinc rich primer powder coat. The decorative cover can be manufactured from either Stainless Steel with a horizontal #4 brushed finish or from Galvannealed Steel, finished with the powder coat of your choosing. The U.S. Department of State (DoS) designed DS25 Security Bollards, certified to meet DoS crash-test standards (SD-STD-02.01). Calpipe Security’s PDT8080F utilizes the most typical DS25 variation has obtained a K4 anti-ram rating. Fixed or Passive PDT8080F bollards afford your facility permanent protection against vehicular risks particularly where no depth restrictions are present.
