Bullistic Barriers warrants all work for three (3) months from the date of completion. There is no warranty of fitness for any purpose and no warranty of merchantability. This warranty extends only to the Customer and is not transferable. In the event of a defect not caused by misuse or damage after the completion of the work, Bullistic Barriers will, within sixty (60) days, remedy the defect. The remedy will consist only of a repair except in the conditions where, in the opinion of Bullistic Barriers, repair is not possible. In cases where repair cannot reasonably be made, a refund of the cost of the part of the job that is defective will be made.
